Are you ready to get fit? Well I want to help you reach your goals! I’m not an expert by any means, but I was able to find what worked for me when it comes to losing weight, getting in shape, and staying fit long term. Since everyone is always asking me “How did you do it?” I decided to blog about my journey from flab to fab. Now I know what you are thinking, “What qualifies me to give fitness advice?” the answer to that question is simple. No, I don’t do fitness for a living. No, I didn’t go to school for Nutrition. I’m no expert, and I don’t claim to be. However, I am an everyday person with a love for fitness who decided to become a personal trainer (on the side). I work a normal 9 – 5, & have a life just like you do and I was able to make it happen! You may be saying, “Well, everyone is different.” I agree with you, everyone is different. I’m not here to tell you why my way is better than anyone else’s. I’m here solely for support. Read my blogs, and follow me on Instagram. Hello, Michelle as I have watched your transformation and admired your journey so far, I will always encourage you because you’re an inspiration. I myself walk with another person because that’s how much I have to lose. Even though I have some physical obstacles, I know with the right plan and exercise (which will flush away the stress of life so to speak)I can be healthy too. When we have our health we have life!
